Hey everyone! I am trying to create a report that will be a bit more automated, but am not sure how to proceed with it.
Pretty much the report looks something like this:

Old Table

I am trying to streamline it more into a table of data so I can create a type of dashboard to filter by teacher, student, etc.

So far I have this:

Data Table

I am trying to create a pivot table (could try power pivot but am kind of shaky on DAX) where data is entered and refreshed to get a final grade both weekly and total (each level is 4 weeks). So that I can connect this to a table for class attendance and Power BI for a quick dashboard.

The way to get the final grade is through a weighted average (20% speaking for the week, 20% reading, 20% writing, 20% listening, 10% English logs, 10% attendance). The final grade is an average of each week's final grade.

How could I go about making a measure / calculated field for this or is it even possible to make something like this and would be better off sticking to my old report?

Would appreciate your help and advice!

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
