Hi, im new here, i really need help about the betting system i create.

as you can see at the top.

1. ID
2. TEAM (WIN)
3. SCORE
4. BET
5. AOS

i have problem when it comes to the score and the bet, which is i create like this:

im using the form to enter my data (winning ), but the only problem i have i tried to entered the score example like 2-1, (Total) into the right boxes (RED) showing 2-1, im not sure if you guys understand but i'll show you the old one below, maybe you can understand a bit more.

i hope you guys could help me here, i don't want to use the 2nd style bet, the 2nd is really easy to create but the 1st one need someone that can help me out here, i just need the score at the left calculate at the right box like the 2nd image here.

the score will not just be 2-1 it will be a lots like 3-2, 4-1, 3-0 and so on, so all i need is the right on the 1st image to captured the score and the total bet.
