created pivot table in vba and label filters are greyed out (disabled)

Hello!

The pivot table gets created fine but when I go to filter the item labels, the "Labels Filters" option is greyed out (disabled).

Any idea why it would default to that and how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
