Create Word Document with Footnote by using Excel

I would like to do the following:
1. Create a word document with table containing data from Excel.
2. In the word table created, look for the word “[footnote]” in each cell of the table, removing the word “[footnote]” and add a footnote at that exact location.

Welcome to the forum.

In Word you can record macros and if you did that to find each footnote and add some dummy text then you'll have the code that can be adapted to use your Excel data.
