Hi guys,

I have come to the boundaries of my Excel knowledge. I am trying to create an order form that auto populates an upload file.
Below is a screenshot of my order form, but I am really struggling to get the 'Upload file' tab to populate. The main issues I have is:
1) How do I manage to only get the number of rows populated based on the total order number (C21 in my case). The upload system will fail if there are incomplete rows below, i.e. I cannot have any formulas in the rows below?
2) how do I manage to pull data into the 'Upload file' tab that in some cases is based on the "Order form" tab (like B5) which may have leading 0s?
3) how do I I manage to pull data into the 'Upload file' tab that has to be concatenated with the date (like C5)?
4) how do a pull in a fixed text string (like J5)?

Phew, my head is smoking from just writing this down... Can anyone help?

Thanks so much Christine

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
How are you trying to do this? using macro's or formula's?
