Hi all - head is twisted in a knot... I have the following:

Name
Product 1
Product 2
product (n)
Name 2
Product (p)
Product (k)
Name 3

To the right of each product I have amount. I want to do basic analysis by sales per product per client. I don't know how to get this data in a table. I could pivot table but I don't know how to identify the client transactions (names + products bought)

Any help?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Welcome to the Board!

Are the purchased products under each customer name? Could you post a better example of your layout (see the HTML Maker link in my sig for posting a screen shot).
