create Range Statement Dynamically

Good Morning

how can I go about creating a dynamic Range statement used in my excel vba macro?

the statement created would be
Range("$F$4:$H$6").Select

looking at the follow sheet

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Based on your example, this would work:
