create personalized list, how to?

hi all, i have this sequence:

64 72 80 88 100 113 125 138 150 163 175 198 216

i write this list in: File Options Advanced, section General, here click on button Edit Personalized List:

All its ok
But the problem is when i try use:
Not respect the Personalized list.

Any Advice? How To fix?
