Create new page layout according to the printing area size

I would like to use excel to print some tables to pdf and use them in pdflatex later. So I want to keep the size of each tables in excel. My questions is if there is a way to create a new pay layout automatically which is consist with the size of the selected printing area? thanks in advance.
