Create Message Box if Cell not empty

Hi

I would like an error check message box, basically if a particular cell is blank I would like the code to continue as normal, if it has a value in it I would like the message box to display that value and the code not to continue.

For a selected range? Specific columnS, rows? Any particular order?

Hi

I have an error check column (W) which gives our own error codes based on certain criteria. There is then an If statement in cell W6 which produces a value based on the errors that appear in Column W. I would like a message box to appear with whatever is written in W6 and the macro not continue, however if W6 is returning blank I would like the rest of the macro to proceed as normal.
