Create dual sided negative and positive bars in each cell

I have data from responses in columns (1 agree and 2 disagree) for multiple questions completed by each work section. I need to create a summary cell of each work section for each question with these responses consolidated into one cell with a gradient red percentage of the time they disagreed to the left and gradient green percentage of the times they agreed on the right. This is to be in one cell and split in the middle.

I had once seen a Mr. Excel youtube video on this, but I cant find it now.
