This is probably a newbie question, but I'd like to create a column of drop-down menus showing items from a list that I've created by creating a comma-delimited text list. Specifically these items:

Application, Auto insurance, Auto Parts, Bank Fee, Books, Cable, Car payment, Car Wash, Cleaning supplies, Clothing, Concerts, Delivery Fee, Delivery Food, Dental care, Dining Out/Fast Food, Disability insurance, Dishwasher detergent, Education, Electricity, Emergency fund, Entertainment, Fees, Financial planning, Games, Garbage, Gas, Geedunk, Gifts/Donations, Go Octopus Income, Great Rock Home Buyers Income, Groceries, Gym memberships, Haircuts, Health insurance, Hitch Income, Household Items/Supplies, Internet, Investing, Laundry detergent, Life insurance, Lyft Income, Maintenance and oil changes, Medical devices, Medical/Healthcare, Medications, Movies, Parking fees, Personal loans, Pet food, Phone, Registration and DMV Fees, Rent, Renter’s insurance, Repairs, Restaurants, Retirement, Salon services, Savings, Software, Specialty care, Student loans, Tires, Toiletries, Transportation, Tuition, Uber Income, Urgent care, Utilities, Vacations, Water

I'd also like to be able to add items later, as required. Can someone point me to a non-confusing resource that demonstrates how to do this?
