Hi Guys,

I would like to know if it's possible to create a custom window in excel like the one below (Accessibility Checker):
excel.html
excel.html
warning.jpg

My idea is to use something like that to create a menu for my spreadsheets at tha left side.

Once we can create ribbons, maybe it's also possible. Anybody knows?

Thanks
Leo

Welcome to the forum.

That's a Task Pane. You would need something like Visual Studio to create that.

You may find this walkthrough useful. Have fun! :)

Many thanks!

Yesterday I worked with this and I could do it!!

I saw it's even possible using Web based Task Panes, like the ones in office Store. I tried this and seems to work fine, but I have two doubts:

1 - Why the border for the web based task pane is so big? Is there a away of changing it?

2- How can I install this addin in other computer?

1 - No idea; it's not something I have ever used, I'm afraid.

2 - What kind of add-in do you have?
