Create Calendar like excel template

Hello, I am using excel 2007, and I would like to ask about the way to make excel template of moon phase from scratch, I have create a moon phase from that template that can be change by the year, and there is some nice moon phase image that changes accordingly, how do I re-create such template for my own ?

I have tried to create calendar like that but still far from my understanding on how to make such file, thanks
