Create Calendar based on query results

I have a list of IT Managers, their projects, the deliverable phases, and the deliverable dates. I would like to produce an At-A-Glance report for each Manager which would look like a Calendar with deliverables for the next 2 weeks placed neatly into the days' cells, just like hoildays in a regular calendar.

Can someone point me to a macro to get started on this? I'd prefer not to reinvent the wheel if possible.
