Create a VBA code to capture computer taskbar time

Hello,

I am a user of excel 2007 and i have a command button on my sheet1, just want a vba code to capture computer task bar time on click.

any can help ?

Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
No, when user's click on the command button the taskbar time should be capture in a particular cell for example say cell name (A3)

Hopefully you're not using this as something to track when something was done, or the last time something was changed.

Anyone can simply change their PC's clock and the timestamp will be fake. Or even less malicious, if their clock just happens to be wrong, so will the timestamp.
