Create a subform off multiple criteria

I want to create a form. On this for I want the user to be able to enter in there criteria (company and date range). After they enter in the criteria or select the criteria from a combo box, I want a subform to pop up on the same form with the information.

I don't want a lot of navigation becuase I want it to be very easy for new access users.

I open to other suggestions?
