Create a Dynamic Drop down/Check box

I want to create a drop down or a check box where there will be multiple predefined options along with enter text option if none of the predefined data is matched. I can create the drop down using data validation or the check box with VBA, but cant find a solution how to add the option to enter text in same cell.

Please let me know is there any solution.

If you set the DD Error message to Info Only, and uncheck "show error alert", it should allow you to enter whatever you want - kinda makes the need for using a DD, redundant though?
