I am a timekeeper in a construction company. Each morning I need to provide Personnel List for personnel onsite within 30 minutes since the start of the shift. I have camp report data where i can find out who left the camp in the morning (probably onsite), and 2 excel files from Project Admins. All files have the same format (they have 13 columns which include badge numbers, names, surnames, project names etc.). Please help me make an excel file which will contain a button which i click to combine and crosscheck all the data.
Hope someone will help me. I am not a good excel user, so please explain as brief as possible for you)

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
  1. Can you give the header rows of the sheets?
  2. You receive the Camp workbook. What do you look for for each person to decide the person is on site or not?
  3. What additional information do the two project admin workbooks provide?
  4. What layout does your result worksheet need to have?
