I have a name range called "_Title" with the following titles in it. Tyler and Justin meet the criteria to be counted, I've tried using =COUNTIF but it always comes back as 0. What formula do I need to use to be able to count these individuals?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Try something like this:
Code:
=SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIF(C1:C4,_Title))
Is that something you can work with?
