Hi
I am trying to track the reliability of vehicles within our fleet, every rota we complete an evaluation of the vehicles where they will be tested on various criteria and scored as a pass or fail (with a fail marking a 1 on an excel table). This data would be better understood by our maintenance team if we were able to show them "streaks" of recurring break downs for each vehicle, or the top 5(or so) longest currently running streaks. Currently i am using pivot tables to show the rest of the data but open to using anything to achieve this.

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Can you post a (desensitised) screenshot of your data using the boards XL2BB addin please.

Hi,
Thanks for your help, and sorry in advance for the dodgy pic but you should be able to see the ink on the top of the image;
Column A is the date - used to measure the length of the streak
Column B is the vehicle number
Section C is the cluster of criteria (a 1 represents that it failed that criteria)
This table will be updated regularly and needs to self-update.
Thanks
