Hello

I'm looking to count how many times the word "forced release" appears when associated with a certain name within a date range.

Name range is in column "A"
Date range is in column "B"
The Status name is in column "D"

The date range i want to set is in column M1 and N1

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
operationsboy1990, Good morning.

Try to use:

=COUNTIFS(A1:A100,NAME RANGE,B1:B100,">="&M1,B1:B100,"<="&N1,C1:C100,"forced release")

Is that what you want?
I hope it helps.
