Counting number of cells with formula returning a value OR a #DIV/0 error?

I have a range of cells with IF formulas that will either return a value based on other cell inputs or will remain blank. I'm trying to figure out how to count the number of cells in the range that either are returning a value *OR* are returning a #DIV/0 error. The blank cells should be ignored and not included in the count.

I've done some testing and searching around for a solution but I'm not having luck. I can easily count cells that return a value or cells that return a #DIV/0 error, but I'm having trouble figuring out a formula that will count both and return the total number of values and #DIV/0 errors at the same time.

Any advice or suggestions to try would be greatly appreciated!
