Hello,
What would be the alteration if I wanted do the changes to show overall time more then 24hrs.?
If total minutes 1953min it will show 32hrs 33min

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Try this...

=IF(SUM(B18:AF18)>=0,"","-")&INT(SUM(B18:AF18)/60)&"hrs "&MINUTE(SUM(B18:AF18)/1440)&"min"
