I've setup conditional formatting for a table and the formulas are =COUNTIF($AF65536:$AK65536,AF1)>0 and =COUNTIF($AF2:$AK2,AF1)>0.
Row 2 and row 3 are compared together and duplicates are higlighted. Then 3 and 4 rows are compared together and etc till the end of the table.
Need help with formula to count how many duplicates are highlighted for each row in the table.
Many thanks

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Can you provide about five rows of sample data, along with the actual expected result, based on the data provided?

Sorry about the delay.
Workbook display, Colo's HTML, not working (admin notified). Read something about Jeanie? when I was checking forums to get answers before I post questions. But do you think I could find it when I needed it to work out what else I can do.

Hope the following is clear as mud.

AF
223 888 275 305 425 300 TOTAL (AL)1 formula required for the row total (blue cells).
626 888 153 234 440 505 TOTAL ......1 "
594 328 332 369 400 440 TOTAL ......2 "
251 594 400 422 435 179 TOTAL ......0 "
330 150 304 337 395 395 TOTAL ......0 "

"=COUNTIF($AF65536:$AK65536,AF1)>0
Yellow - row 2/888, row 3/440, row 4/594 & 400

"=COUNTIF($AF2:$AK2,AF1)>0
Blue - row 1/888, row 2/440, row 3/594 & 400
