I'm looking for a formula that, in the example below, would provide a count of instances where there were at least "X" amount of consecutive cells in a row higher than "X." I've got the formula to determine the total number of instances, but not sure how to configure it to filter based on e.g. only more than two consecutive. In this example, I have the limit threshold at > 2 (in blue), but would want to have it only count occurrences greater than two consecutive as well.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
