Counting Dates in weeks per Month

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to check what days of the week my dates in my dates column fall under? And is there a way to check what week of the month that falls under as well?
Below is an example what I am trying to do. As you can see in the table below. I have my data set up and I have 2 mini tables representing what I am trying to accomplish. Can someone help me with this?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
