Counting Critera

Hi Guys,Need ur help i want to counting category that only contain "yes"No| A | B | C================01|Yes | Yes | No02|Yes | No | No03|Yes | Yes | Yes -----> Only this will count as 1 record.Thanks for your help.

you need to count only rows which are "YES" in column A, "YES" in column B and "NO" in column C?
