Counting Consecutive numbers > 100 in a column by multiple criteria

Need help counting consecutive numbers > 100 in a column by multiple criteria.

The criteria:

Column A = Data!E$2
Column C = Data!E$3
Column D > 100


=MAX(FREQUENCY(IF(TMBYTM1!D:D>=100,ROW(TMBYTM1!D:D)),IF(TMBYTM1!D:D<>"",IF(TMBYTM1!D:D<100,ROW(TMBYTM1!D:D)))))

the above works but only for criteria D. I need help adjusting for column A and C criteria.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
