Hi, below is a partial formula.

How can I count the number of AND criteria's that are met?

(AND(CFW$16=2,CFW48=1),AND(CUI$16=2,CUI48=1),AND(DIU$16=2,DIU48=1))

I just need a 1 for one AND criteria, 2 for two AND criteria's, and 3 for three AND criteria's.

Thank you,
David

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Just add:

=AND(CFW$16=2,CFW48=1)+AND(CUI$16=2,CUI48=1)+AND(DIU$16=2,DIU48=1)
