Countifs for data that starts with <

I have a list of email in column A is the sender i tried to make a unique list then a countifs to see how many emails there are from each sender.
Some of the is values didn't make sense I figured out as the text is like <info@abc.com> , the countifs treat this as less than info@abc.com> .
any idea how to solve this
 
What is your countifs formula?

=COUNTIFS($A:$A,"="&$N10)
