CountIFs between a certain range and whether a number is +ive or -ive

I've set up a CountIFs to check how many values were between an initial time and a final time.

=COUNTIFS($R$8:$R$10067,"<="&W8,$R$8:$R$10067, ">"&V8)

I now have a column which has either +1 or -1. I want to split the value returned from the above CountIFs so that i know how many have +1 or -1. Is this possible?

ie so if the Initial time was 00:00:00 and Final Time was 00:00:05

+ ive count = 7

- ive count = 7

Try

=COUNTIFS($R$8:$R$10067,"<="&W8,$R$8:$R$10067, ">"&V8,$O$8:$O$10067,1)
and
=COUNTIFS($R$8:$R$10067,"<="&W8,$R$8:$R$10067, ">"&V8,$O$8:$O$10067,-1)

Works like a charm, thanks very much. I got some odd results initially but im assuming its because there is millisecond data in the original data, but im not sure how to display that.
