COUNTIFS ACROSS MULTIPLE SHEETS + DATE FILTER?

I am using =COUNTIF across multiple sheets based on this formula...

=COUNTIF({'NO ANSWER'!$C:$C;'CALL BACK'!$C:$C;DEAD!$C:$C;'AFTER 5'!$C:$C;'NOT INTERESTED'!$C:$C;'DEAL DONE'!$C:$C},E3)

See screenshot below...

Now in the same sheets I am pulling the data from, in column "M" is a date... I want to input the start and end date in J1 & J2 and it filter the same info but just with this date filter.

HELP!!!

P.S The dates selected are just random and this is not the real dates.
