Hi All,

I've got a basic count formula of:

=COUNTIF(P$3:$P$208,">0")

I also want to add to this formula to only count C3:C208 if the result is great than 0.

Can you help?!

Many thanks,
Russell

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Thanks Steve! I'm nearly there. I want to count >0 in P3:P208 but only if "Yes" in C3:C308 but not returning the right numbers:

=SUM(COUNTIFS($P$3:$P$208,{">0"},$C$3:$C$208,"Y"))

Many thanks!

You dont need that sum:

=COUNTIFS($P$3:$P$208,">0",$C$3:$C$208,"Y")

However it should produce the same numbers. Why do you say "Yes" in C3:C308 then use "Y" in the formula?
