I am trying to get an average time on site for service engineers on regular visits to regular customers from 2 sheets.
Sheet one has a manually filled log listing engineer, customer and time on visit in date order. Sheet 2 lists all customers in 1 column, then counts visits to each customer for each engineer. I now need to sum and average the visits times ( I am thinking sum all the visits where that engineer has been to that customer and then divide by the value appearing in the column that counts said visits.
