COUNTIF not working for highlighting Triplicates

Hello,

I am using this formula to highlight triplicates or greater:

=COUNTIF($A$2:$A$16,A2)>3

However it is not working as intended and this is the result I am getting:

I can't look at your link from work it is blocked for me, but your formula is only going to give your for a result greater than 3, if you want to include 3 as well then change the ">" to ">="

are the triplicates spead out or adjacent..........

Try this

=COUNTIF($A$2:$A$16,A2)>=3

Applies to:

=$A$2:$A$16
