Countif, Index, indirect, Match

The below formula is not giving me correct result, please help me.


=COUNTIF(INDEX(INDIRECT("'"&SheetList&"'!C5:AM200"),MATCH(B5,INDIRECT("'"&SheetList&"'!C5:C200"),0),),"al")

Note: SheetName = All the sheet name.
