Good day to you all,

I have 10 separate workbooks, each containing data of 10 different construction projects - including specific dates of issuing drawings

I have a master project sheet that I want to be able to communicate with each of the 10 workbooks and perform a total number of drawings issued since XX date for all 10 workbooks, without having to have each workbook open to fetch the data

At the moment I perform a countif formula within each of the 10 workbooks, like so:

=COUNTIF(Table17122717[Latest Issued Date],">=20/04/2022")

I have also tried the countif formula in my master sheet linking to each workbook but only works when each of the 10 workbooks are open - Is what I am trying to do possible - fetch the data of the total drawings issued across each of the 10 workbooks since XX date, without having any of the 10 workbooks open?

Many thanks in advance
