Hello,

Looking to see if there's a way to combine COUNTIF and CONCATENATE formula. Column BB could have duplicates. In column BC, I'm using the formula "COUNTIF($BB$4:BB4,BB4" to give sequential # for dups. I created a column labeled UNIQUE DOC ID, to combine columns BB ad BC using the formula "CONCATENATE(BB4,"-",BC4). I'm trying to find a way to not created column BC and just use formula to identify unique and provide a unique sequential #).

Thank you in advance!

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
FYI, there is also a concatenate operator of &

=BB4&"-"&COUNTIF($BB$4:BB4,BB4)
