Hi, I want to know if I can make a formula in a simple way for multiple columns

I want to know I have results in 18 columns, A3:R3 I want to know, on row 3, if 9 columns show values of 14 or over.
I want the result to be shown in one cell, U3. And I want U3 to display 9 when 9 of the 18 columns show a value of 14 or over. But I want it to display 10, if 10 columns show a figure of 14 or over (A3:R3

And so on.

Is there a way to make the cell blank in U3 if there are not at least 9 columns showing values of 14 or more?

Thanks very much.
