COUNTA with conditional criterion

Hi,
I want to count any cells with "text" in B2:B65 if text in C2:C65 = "green".

Any suggestions?
 

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
