Count where range is less than another range AND matches text

I have 3 columns of Data, where each row represents a User. Column A is role name, Column B is result, and Column C is Goal. I want to get the total count where Column B is less than Column C and also matches particular text in Column A.

I started with this formula, =SUMPRODUCT(--(B2:B20<=C2:C20)) but how can I get this count only where A2:A20="SpecificText"?

Also what version of Excel are you using?
