count unique with conditions

I have this situation:

A Spain 1
A Spain 1
A Spain 2
B Italy 1
B Italy 1
B Italy 1
B Italy 1
C Spain 1
C Spain 2

Given that the third column is a "1", I want a formula to count the number of "Spain" and "Italy" based on uniqueness of column A. The result should be:

Spain=2
Italy=1
