Count unique combinations

I am looking to get a count of unique combinations from 3 cells. The order of the combination does not matter. So in below example the first two rows would be counted as the same combination. The other rows would be counted as different combos.

are you able to add a helper column?

if so you can sort left to right using this routine. https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/excel/897-excel-sort-columns.html

then I would put =A&B&C in column D

then do a countif formula in column E
