COUNT TWO OR MORE TEXT FROM RANGE WITH A SINGLE FORMULA

I want to count two or more than two text from a range simultaneously a single formula against their column:-
As count total no. of P in the P col
Count of Total no. of H as H col
count of Total No. of A, L, S/l as thir col at the end as show in the data with single formula simultaneously:-

This formula working very well only the fist value i.e. col AF, when get more it is giving the error as :-
