Count the number of occurrences of a word in a textfile VBA

Hi All,

I am looking for a way to count the number of occurrences of a word in a .TXT file. For example I wanted to count how many times the keyword "Signed" appeared in the .TXT file then show the result in a cell in Excel. Any help out there on how to do this in VBA?
