Hello all,

I have a question, I am wanting a summary of all my records that have been Approved. The column that contains this info is called Status. I can not figure out how to tell Access to show me all the Approved records in the status field. There are two different status(approved or denied). Any suggestions? I tried this but failed
=count([Status])="approved"

Please help

Hi,

Try this:-

=DCount("[Status]","YourTableName","Status='Approved'")

Change YourTableName as required.
