Count of adjacent nouns (without hypens) in a PDF file.

Is there are excel software that will read in a pdf file (could be up to say 20 pages) and then report and count the number of occurences of adjacent nouns. For example, ... dresser love... (That was of course a stupid example). However, ... dresser-love.... is not an example.
