Count networkdays when value in another column changes

Hello all -

Hoping someone can assist. Considering the data below, when the Request ID changes, I would like for Excel to return the number of work days that have passed by looking at the DispositionDate column. For example; 5 work days passed while Request ID 177 was being approved. Thoughts?
