I was hoping there might be an easy resolution for this. I have the below query where I want to count every record that has a Y in both Apple and Bananas columns to count as Fruit. (kind of like an inner join count)

SELECT
Count(IIf([Apples]="Y" AND [Bananas]="Y")) AS [Fruit]
FROM Basket

Although I am getting a "Wrong number of arguments" error message.

Your help is much appreciated!

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Try:
Code:
[COLOR=#333333]SELECT [/COLOR]
[COLOR=#333333]Count([Apples]) AS [Fruit][/COLOR]
[COLOR=#333333]FROM Basket
WHERE [/COLOR][COLOR=#333333][Apples]="Y" AND [Bananas]="Y";[/COLOR]
